  1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and delivery of all online courses and related digital products made available through the website www.thevettribe.com (the "Website") and the Teachable learning platform (the "Platform").

  2. By accessing the Website, creating an Account, or purchasing a Course, you ("Client", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of Australia.

§3 Account Registration & Website Use

  1. Browsing the Website does not require an Account. Purchasing a Course requires creating an Account with a valid e‑mail address and password.

  2. The Client must keep login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. Each Course enrolment grants a single‑user licence for one individual only.

  3. The Vet Tribe employs usage‑tracking tools (including, but not limited to, log‑in timestamps, IP addresses, geographic locations, streaming statistics, and assessment activity) to safeguard against unauthorized access and content theft.

  4. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that more than one individual is accessing the same Account, we may, at our sole discretion:
    a. Immediately suspend or terminate the Account without prior notice or refund; and/or
    b. Contact the registered e‑mail address to request an explanation within 5 Business Days; and/or
    c. Issue additional invoices at the then‑current retail price for each unauthorised participant who has accessed the content; and/or
    d. Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

  5. Veterinary clinics, universities, or other organisations wishing to provide Course access to multiple staff members must contact The Vet Tribe before purchase to arrange a multi‑user or site‑licence agreement.

  6. Failure to settle any additional invoices or to provide a satisfactory explanation under clause 4 may result in permanent revocation of access, collections activity, and/or legal proceedings for infringement.

  7. Prohibited uses - You must not - directly or indirectly - (a) screen-record, scrape, data-mine, mirror, or translate the Website or Platform; (b) train machine-learning models on any Course materials; (c) reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Platform; or (d) record, rebroadcast, or distribute any live or recorded sessions without our prior written consent.

  8. Eligibility and Verification - You represent and warrant that you are either a qualified veterinarian, a veterinary student, or another professional expressly permitted to enrol in a Course, as indicated in the applicable Course description. The Vet Tribe reserves the right, at any time, to request evidence of your eligibility, such as your professional registration number or enrollment status. If you fail to provide satisfactory evidence within five (5) Business Days of our request, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Course without refund.

  6. The Vet Tribe will use reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or force‑majeure events may cause downtime.

  7. We may add, update, or retire Course content at any time in order to maintain educational relevance. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund or extension.

§5A Free Resources

  1. From time to time The Vet Tribe offers complimentary PDFs, checklists, or other digital assets ("Free Resources") in exchange for basic contact details - typically your first name and e‑mail address.

[email protected] at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

  3. The Community is peer‑to‑peer. Although mentors and invited specialists may contribute, they are not required to answer every post, and response times are not guaranteed.

  4. The Vet Tribe is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content posted by users. All information shared in the Community is provided "as‑is". You remain solely responsible for applying professional judgment before acting on any advice.

  7. Upon cancelling your subscription your access will continue until the end of the current paid term and will not renew thereafter. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

  8. All disclaimers, privacy provisions, and limitations of liability in these Terms apply equally to the Community.

§6A Professional & Medical Disclaimer

  1. The Courses and all related materials are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute specific veterinary advice for any particular patient or situation.

  2. Clinical decision‑making remains solely the responsibility of the attending veterinarian. You must exercise your own professional judgment and consider each patient’s unique history, presentation, diagnostic results, and welfare.

  3. The Vet Tribe, its directors, employees, individual Course mentors, and any guest contributors are not liable for any loss, injury, claim, damage, or adverse outcome arising from the use or misuse of the information presented in any Course or in any free materials, newsletters, marketing content, social‑media posts, or other content published by The Vet Tribe.

  4. Each Course is authored by one or more independent mentors. As a result, the structure, depth, and opinions expressed may differ between Courses. We do not warrant that the content in one Course will align perfectly with another, nor with any external guidelines or protocols.

  5. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations and will apply the knowledge gained responsibly and in accordance with local laws and professional standards.

  6. Mentor responsibility - Each mentor is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the content provided in their Course. If you believe content published by The Vet Tribe infringes your copyright, please send a detailed notice to [email protected].
