From passion to purpose
The people, the belief and the journey behind The Vet Tribe - and the kind of veterinarian we want to help you become.
We believe every vet deserves to feel ready
Being a veterinarian is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world. It can also be one of the loneliest - facing a difficult case on a solo shift, with no one to turn to and a decision that can't wait. It happens to vets at every stage, whether it's your first year or your fifteenth. We've stood in those moments ourselves, and we believe no vet should have to navigate them alone.
So we built The Vet Tribe: a place where students, new graduates and experienced vets learn the way specialists actually think, supported by a community of veterinarians who understand exactly what the work asks of you. Practical, flexible, and made for real clinical life - so you can step into your next shift with genuine confidence.
Evolving the vet industry
To build a culture of competent, confident and emotionally intelligent vets - equipped with the practical knowledge, mentorship and support network they need to thrive and to last in this profession.
Proud, confident vets
A global veterinary community where every vet has full access to the resources, specialists and people they need to feel competent, well-rounded and genuinely fulfilled in their career.
Meet the founders
Dr. Patrycja, Dr. Magda and Dr. Ron met on the floor of the same emergency hospital, bonding over long shifts and a shared conviction that veterinary education could be so much better. Years later, that conversation became The Vet Tribe. Spanning Europe, Australia and the USA, the three founders bring a truly global perspective - and a hands-on understanding of what vets really need to thrive in practice.

An emergency veterinarian at one of Melbourne's busiest hospitals, Magda starts every shift with an almond flat white in hand. She splits her time between Australia, New Zealand and Poland, with Layla the dog never far behind. Driven and down-to-earth, she turns every tough case into a chance to grow.

Patrycja swapped Melbourne for the sunnier skies of Brisbane and hasn't looked back. A busy mum of two and proud owner of two Burmese cats, she still works as an emergency vet through it all. She leads the community and content that keep the Tribe connected.

Ron followed his older brother into veterinary medicine, then carved out his own path from Australia to Los Angeles. Part clinician, part entrepreneur, he keeps The Vet Tribe running behind the scenes - and stays sharp on the latest in critical care thanks to his specialist wife and two cats who supervise his every move.
Why the platypus
We chose the platypus as our emblem for three traits we believe every passionate, long-lasting veterinarian shares - empathy, adaptability, and being grounded.
Empathy
Like a platypus navigating dark water by sense alone, great vets read what their patients can't say. Empathy is how we connect with animals of every shape and size, and build trust with the people who love them - through every challenge a case can bring.
Highly adaptable
Platypuses thrive in changing, unfamiliar environments - and so do vets. Across species, breeds and clinical settings, veterinarians are the true all-rounders of medicine, moving from surgery to diagnostics to a difficult conversation in a single shift.
Grounded
Broad-footed and steady, the platypus stays grounded - a reminder that a fulfilling career is about more than medicine alone. The best clinicians look after their own wellbeing, their relationships and their sense of purpose, not just their caseload.
